24 hours -48 hours notice prior to booking = 50% refund

24 hours or less prior to booking = No refund

Terms & conditions

If for any reason you are unhappy with a service or experience you have received with us then you have 24 hours to make a official complaint. 

If you have received your treatments and used the spa access this will not be refunded.

It is your responsibilities to make us aware of any contra indications, medical conditions, allergies or any other conditions or pregnancy that will affect your booking or delay starting your treatment where we have to do additional preparations. It is your responsibility to notify us minimum of 48 hours prior to booking.
