Services we Provide
Terms and Conditions
To guarantee you ideal time and day for your treatment we recommend you book your treatments in advance. All bookings depend upon availability. Last minute bookings may be possible but cannot be guarenteed.
Payments
Our therapists do not carry cash on them and all payments need to be paid in full 3 days before your booking date. Failure to make payment will result in your booking being cancelled. Groups bookings of 3 or more a deposit is required to secure your treatments at time of booking.
Complaints
Any complaints need to be made within 24 hours directly with Rose Petals Beauty. All complaints are dealt with on an individual basis by Rose petals Beauty.
Cancellations
Cancellations need to be made 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within 7 days will result in a 50% loss. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours will result in Rose petals Beauty retain full payment.
