We can tailor a class just for you or your friends.
Beginners or advanced – there is a class for everyone. Build your strength, work on your flexibility and practice your balance in the comfort of your home or chosen space. A great way to enhance any occasion and bring you all together.

SOMATIC BREATHWORK
Therapeutic breathwork is a holistic approach to healing that involves the use of specific breathing techniques and verbal ques to facilitate emotional, mental, and physical well-being. A great way to bond as a group and reach to release and let go of the daily stresses of life.

REIKI
Experience wonderful, traditional Usui Reiki with an intuitive Master healer. Reiki draws universal life force energy and radiates it to where it is needed, for the highest good of the recipient. Sessions will incorporate crystal healing and chakra balancing and clearing. Clients will receive a small crystal as a reminder of the session.

Fitness Group - Body Blend
