Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

1 week notice or more prior to booking = Full refund

up to 5 days prior to booking = 50% refund

5 days of less prior to booking = No refund

Terms & conditions

It is your responsibility to inform us of any illnesses, medical conditions and other factors that could affect your treatment or anyone attending your party experience.

We are very passionate abut what we do, however, if for any reason you are unhappy or would like a refund, this would need to be raised within 72 hours after your booking.

Online Consultation

All enquiries are replied to personally by Alice and replied to within 48 hours.

Once you and Alice have agreed on all your booking details. An invoice will be sent to you via email. All bookings require full payment 7 days before your booking. For group bookings a deposit of £10per treatment is required to secure the date.

Once your booking has been confirmed everybody who will be receiving a treatment will be asked to fill out our online consultation form. This will be emailed over to you or you can find it here:
