Terms and Conditions
The Wild Spa is open by Appointment Only and all treatments have to be booked and paid for in advance to secure your booking. To secure your ideal date and time we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
Payments
Full Payment is required to secure your booking 7 days before your date and time booked. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled. Deposits are required at time of booking for group bookings or bookings of 3 or more for the same party.
Cancellations
Cancellations need to be made 7 days before your booking. Cancellations made within 7 days will loose 50% of your full payment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours you will will retain your whole payment and no refund will be given.
Complaints
Any complaints need to be made within 24 hours of receiving your treatments. All complaints are handled on an individual basis.
