Online consultation form It is your responsibility to make us aware of any Medical Conditions / allergies or Pregnancy you can do this by filling out our online consultation form which you can find here: https://www.rosepetalsbeauty.com/mobilebookinglink Cancellations * 48 hours or more notice priory to booking = Full refund * 24 hours - 48 hours notice prior to booking = 50% refund * 24 hours or less prior to booking = No refund Terms & conditions * If for any reason you are unhappy with a service or experience you have received with us then you have 24 hours to make a official complaint. * There is no refund if you are late. This is down to you to allow plenty of time to arrive for your Treatment time. If you are unsure you can always email us and we will help with any queries you have prior. It is your responsibilities to make us aware of any contra indications, medical conditions, allergies or any other conditions or pregnancy that will affect your booking or delay starting your treatment where we have to do additional preparations. It is your responsibility to notify us minimum of 48 hours prior to booking.
